The product was developed in co-operation with South Karelian industrial companies, Saimaa Vocational College and the co-operative of the LAB University of Applied Sciences.
Our product is protected by utility model in Finland, and SKIRP is a trademark approved in Finland and the EU. We were granted an innovation voucher by Business Finland for the development of our product.
The elbow protector is manufactured by Varpuke Oy, a Finnish company specialising in workwear.

Instructions for care and use
The elbow protector is meant to be worn under protective clothing. This ensures the best pressure, chafing or pain relief.
For the best washing result, we recommend dry cleaning. If washed in water, the amount of fire retardant in the elbow protector may decrease.
Burnblock fire retardant can be ordered through us. It is a safe and ecological fire retardant that only includes ingredients that are also used in food products. Burnblock is 100% biodegradable and PH neutral.
